At Higher Level Injury Prevention, we are dedicated to equipping individuals with knowledge to develop strong, disciplined habits that prioritize mobility, stability, and strength. Through education and training, we aim to help improve long-lasting performance in both sports and everyday activities.
We offer one-on-one and small group/team coaching/training. We stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in injury prevention exercises, so that we can provide the best possible guidance to our clients.
I am a soccer mom that decided to pursue my passion in helping young athletes reduce the risk of injuries. After going through multiple injuries with my kids, I learned that there is so much underutilized information and not enough emphasis on the importance of injury prevention programs. I am certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and also through CONMEBOL (South American Football Confederation)
This program is designed for beginners and creates solid foundations on injury prevention exercises. We focus on proper movements and correct posture before moving on to the next level. Our goal here is to improve joint range of motion and flexibility.
This program is designed for intermediate level and focuses on more athletic movements and coordination. We start to work on developing better balance and motor control, while focusing on reducing errors in movements that may lead to injury. Our goal here is to improve neuromuscular control and joint stability.
This program is designed for advanced level and involves developing explosiveness and strength. We focus on improving joint support and shock absorption to better tolerate physical demands. Our goal in this level is to build muscular strength in key stabilizers and movers.
